First, let me say that when I contacted Pattie, I was prepared for the usual let down and the usual speech of "maybe in a few months to a year you can purchase a home" that I had received numerous times before. Instead, what Pattie said was "call this person, it never hurts to try one more time, who knows, If we can make it happen for you, we will." As she did, and then some! By trusting our wildest dreams of home ownership to Pattie, we knew that we were placing our (lofty) dreams and hopes in capable and loving hands. Throughout the entire process we felt like we were working with a family member. Pattie listened to what we wanted, what we hoped for, and what we were afraid of. Even though there wasn't a huge selection in our price range, she tirelessly searched and emailed listings, even the ones we really thought we weren't interested in. She listened to my panic emails and my worries of despair with a loving ear. We saw the house we eventually purchased on the 3rd of May, went for a 2nd look on the 10th of May and we closed on May 301st. It was absolutely could not have gone smoother.
